Process introduction:
This UV faux embroidery technology adopts UV DTF powder-free transfer layered stacking process. Multiple layers of UV white ink are stacked to build raised 3D texture, matched with CMYK color layer and embossed varnish top layer to simulate the stitch and thread touch of traditional embroidery. UV LED lamp instantly cures each ink layer, forming a hot melt adhesive layer. After heat pressing transfer on textiles, it achieves highly realistic embroidery look and tactile feeling without stitching, plate making or thread breakage issues.
