Process introduction:
The UV 3D Silicone Heat Transfer Printer features a digital 3D heat transfer printing technology specially developed for textiles. Different from ordinary rigid cold-transfer crystal labels, it adopts a combined consumable system consisting of flexible silicone UV soft ink, multi-layer stacked embossed varnish and garment-specific hot-melt adhesive base film. Supported by layer-by-layer instant LED-UV curing technology, it creates raised silicone embossed patterns on transfer films. The finished stickers must be heat-pressed at high temperature via a heat press machine to firmly adhere to all kinds of garment fabrics.

Finish designing the graphics on your computer.
Secondly
