UV 3D Silicone Film:
UV 3D Silicone Printing Film is a special 3D heat-transfer Film A of UV DTF exclusively for textiles, to be used as a complete set with textile hot-melt Film B. It is developed to replace traditional die-cut silicone patches and thick silicone heat transfers. Multi-layer thick UV ink can be stacked to form ultra-thick 3D embossments of 1–2 mm. After heat transfer, the finished print delivers soft and smooth touch with a gentle matte or glossy silicone texture. It can be hot-pressed onto all kinds of textile fabrics via a heat press to create high-end 3D garment logo labels. No silicone mold is required, and digital custom orders are available starting from a single piece.
