UV 3D Silicone Ink:
UV 3D Silicone Ink takes vinyl silicone prepolymer as the main resin, compounded with flexible UV curable monomers and elastic additives. It is compatible with multi-layer overprinting on LED UV digital printers to form raised 3D embossed relief effects. After curing, it provides a soft, skin-friendly touch similar to liquid silicone. Its resilience, high and low temperature resistance, and stretch resistance far outperform PUA epoxy soft glue inks. It is specially designed for high-elastic garments, silicone substrates, as well as premium maternity and medical-grade transfer labels.
