Sublimation transfer paper is a special coated carrier exclusively for disperse sublimation ink. Print mirrored graphics on the coated side, then apply 165–220℃ heat and pressure. The solid dye ink vaporizes directly, penetrates polyester fiber or coated hard substrates, and fuses with material molecules permanently after cooling, leaving no glue film on surface.
